Decoding the Muskonomy

In 2023, I began publishing long-form educational articles on Medium exploring Tesla's business, strategy, and technology.

Backstory

As a Tesla retail shareholder, I was already spending significant time researching the company, its technology, and its long-term strategy. When generative AI and large language models began gaining widespread attention in late 2022, I recognized their potential as tools to accelerate research, organize information, and deepen my understanding of complex technologies.

Around the same time, I rejoined X and became increasingly engaged with the Tesla shareholder and technology community. Through conversations on X and deep dives on YouTube, I was constantly exposed to new questions and ideas surrounding Tesla, SpaceX, artificial intelligence, AI infrastructure, manufacturing, autonomy, energy, and engineering.

I began using OpenAI’s ChatGPT as a research and ideation tool to break down complex topics, connect ideas across sources, and transform what I was learning into long-form educational articles. What started as a personal investment research process gradually evolved into publishing on Medium, where I explored Tesla’s business, strategy, technology, and the broader industries being reshaped by innovation.

In 2023, I published long-form educational articles covering Tesla, Elon Musk’s companies, artificial intelligence, manufacturing, and emerging technologies. The articles reached more than 20,000 readers and were referenced by financial, technology, and industry publications, extending their reach beyond Medium.

Today, I continue expanding this work under the Muskonomy Expert brand, exploring the intersection of AI, autonomy, manufacturing, energy, and space technology through the lens of Elon Musk’s companies and the broader technological shifts shaping the future.
